  I usually go to this location for lunch break since it is close by to where I work and their hoagies are really good! My favorite one is the Turkey Club, and Ill get the combo with chips and drink. The girls in the front are friendly and overall people are chill :)

  Terrible customer service. Don't go here if you want to save yourself from a bad time. The staff is a bunch of inexperienced kids unwilling to correct wrong orders. It was my first bucks pizza experience and also my last.

  Hands down, the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. The only reason they receive my business is because the food is slightly better than Dominos, Pizza Hut or Papa John's AND there are no other choices locally. Each time I order a pizza from there, I hesitate to ponder as to why I am putting myself through such agony. A quick example of superb valley customer service is when the "SUPERVISOR" on duty incorrectly took my CC# four times, causing me to painfully extend the phone call to over 12 minutes. I finally decided to tell her I would just pay cash. How does it take 12 minutes to order a Pizza you ask? Call Bucks Pizza Mission, TX to find out.
  Besides the amazing customer service, cold marinara sauce, inconsistent food orders, terrible store hours and complete inability to communicate in the English language, it's great !!!
